The service was done on my car, but the car had not been tested before given the keys, I had to spot problems and call the supervisor Wat should take few hours took more than half day, Not the first time.

I would very much consider giving it a 10, since everything was pretty much perfect. However, the job sheet mentions that the car would get washed upon handover. But it wasn't. It's just that I dropped off the car pretty much clean and I expect t.sam

Very dissatisfied. Job was not completed properly. Panels left open with exposed cables and car stats paper work dumped in the boot for me clear up. Had a bad experience with this service in the past.

Every single time I had been at Group 1, I received an incredible treatment, along with honest diagnosis and possible solutions. I have been to other service providers and they were trying to make unnecessary repairs in my car for their own benefit.

Lee Crotty was very welcoming and kept me informed on the work. Proactively gave me an early indication of the work possibly not completing that day due to issue with sheered bolt. But mechanics were able to resolve and all work completed on time!

Great customer and car service experience. Although a bit pricier than most places, you do see the extra value that you get. All questions answered and concerns taken seriously. Constantly updated throughout the time my vehicle was in the garage.

Through online check-in etc. was asked whether I would like a complementary car wash/clean, I happily accepted. However this was not done, and when I asked was told that because of some permit issue car washing has not been possible for a long time?!

Water bottle was cleaned but not filled with antifreeze. In the next week, sub zero temperatures caused the bottle to crack and it now will not hold liquid.

Very satisfied. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was as BMW usually immediately offers the ability to pay in installments, but I had to ask for this myself. But all was accommodated and great!

See above. I had no choice but to book my car in due to BMW selling me a faulty product. Told it would take all day i was told i couldnt have a courtesy car. Did BMW offer to pay for a cab to get me home? Of course not. A joke!

With a bit more feedback and being a bit more clear it could have been a good experience. If I didn't have to breathe in exhaust gases for more than a week because it wasn't detected by the Q/A it would have been great.

As above original diagnostic was wrong but I had to pay so much to get problem fix, but group1 helped that for 2nd work they did not charge for Labour somewhat reduced cost but I still paid over 1000 for something that was not correctly identified

Car wasn't cleaned on inside, oil hand marks outside and two front tyres were left at 1.8 bar Although they went in at 2.2 bar!!
